Gabriel Giba

Back in the Philippines, Gabriel served in a local church who is being Pastored by his parents. He is one of the youth leaders and is directed involved with Bible studies while also being part of the worship team.

He is a career focused young man pursuing his personal dreams until the time the Lord encountered him in a mission conference. The Lord said, “You’ve spent enough time putting yourself first. It’s time to start putting Me first in your life.” 

He said “Yes” to the call of God which required him to surrender his life and personal aspirations. As Jesus said in Luke 9:23: 

“Whoever wants to be My disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow Me.” 

Now, he is currently enrolled in the Apprenticeship Missionary Program of Asian Institute For Missions under the ministry of AMO Global.

VISION:

To see unguided, broken, and lost young people be transformed by the love of Christ, growing in their faith, and being empowered to impact the next generation. 

MISSIONS:

To reach young people through sports, create a Christ-centered community where they can belong to, and guide them towards spiritual growth, healing, and lifelong discipleship. 

He wants to faithfully take hold of the vision the Lord has put into his life like how Apostle Paul declared in Acts 20:24: 

“However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me, the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.”
