To raise up the next generation of men and women that will proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom throughout the whole world as a testimony to all restricted nations, lost tribes and unknown tongues.

MISSION

To provide a home for children that has been neglected, abandoned and/or abused where they will experience the selfless love of God through a holistic approach that will transform them to become mighty men and women of God. 

PROJECT BACKGROUND

Child abandonment is an everyday reality in Thailand. A study from UNICEF showed that in 2022, almost 1 in 4 children under the age of 18 (25%) don’t live with their parents; and this number grows even bigger if we look for the percentage of kids that live with only one of their biological parents. There was a time in an outreach gathering with around 20 young people, that our team asked who among them had parents who were separated, and shockingly all of them raised up their hands. The high rates of divorce and internal migration causes millions of Thai children to grow up without the care of their parents. The abandonment that these kids experience from a very young age leaves marks and wounds that directly affect their emotional stability. Without even mentioning that the lack of resources sometimes forces them to join gangs and start to sell drugs and other illegal products, and many of the girls become part of the statistics of human trafficking. 

Bruno Nascimento says that “What goes on at home shapes a young child’s future”. Studies in Finland proved that if a child receives constantly negativity such as parental neglect or indifference, physical, emotional or sexual abuse, this can have drastic bad consequences in their development, and for some of them, the damage may be irreparable. If only these children had a stable loving home to grow up in, if they only received the caring that they need to develop emotional, spiritual, physical stability, if they were provided a place where they could feel safe and protected, their future would look a lot different. 

PURPOSE

The House of Adullam is a place where kids who were abandoned, abused and neglected can be embraced, loved and restored. It is a place where they will receive attention and care in a holistic way, where they will be discipled, trained and equipped to transform other people’s lives as well through the love of Jesus. 

Daniel Giri started his journey of faith when he came to know the Lord in Malaysia. He is married to Binita and blessed with two children.

Daniel and Binita’s current ministry focus is with the youth and community gospel saturation. Their vision is to continually serve the communities and young people. 

Buddhi and Srishti Kumal’s are both from a Hindu background and came to know the Lord at their young age. The Lord blessed them with one child who is 4 years old now. 

Their vision and mission is to preach the good news of Jesus Christ  through reaching out to young people and planting churches. Buddhi and Srishti are actively going to rural villages to reach and evangelize their people.

Pawana Thapa’s life is a story of what was Luke 15:4-7 stated, it was about the 99 sheep where one was lost and the shepherd went to search for it. From being an orphan, to a broken teen and single Mom, who has an early marriage and separation are just a few story of her early life. Her brokenness leads her to Christ which until today she is a living testimony o how God found her.

Pawana’s vision and mission is to start a transit home for women and children who are affected and victim of human trafficking, to provide them the proper treatment and teach them skills that will help sustain their lives..

Sangita Kunwar’s vision and mission is to reach the unreached of Nepal with the love of Christ through children and women’s holistic ministry approach. 

Sangita was an orphan who felt unloved, she was taken into an orphanage  where she learned about Jesus.  Because of the feeling she had it pushes her to called on God and found Him as her Father. He spoke to her from Psalm 139 that helped her know and discovered her identity in Him.

Her personal experienced in life as an abandoned child, rooted a heart of compassion to those who are abandoned, with dark future, parentless children, needy and hungry for the love of a parent’s. Sangita often use to think that if she could help and support these kind of children and help them grow in the love of God, their future will be great.

In 2008, she began to work with orphaned and she is currently taking care of a 15 happy children with a 2 single mother who are a great help in her FAMILY HOME. She is also currently involved in helping and supporting a few  other women, some people with mental health issues, and is lending support to additional children who are needing help for their schooling. Sangita is also encouraging and supporting pastors and leaders around her country.
